BeneCard faced the challenge of navigating the highly competitive and complex healthcare landscape while providing their clients with tools and improvements for their members. PSh's first step was to gain a deep understanding of how a Prescription Benefit Facilitator operates, considering the system's lack of transparency. It became evident that BeneCard's outdated sales kit failed to convey the company's values, strategy, and desired level of trust.

Our solution involved developing a comprehensive digital communication strategy that integrated the strengths of three key areas: Design & Creativity, Software Development, and Growth & Marketing. Templates were created for sales and marketing departments, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. Promotional videos were produced and adapted to various formats to effectively communicate BeneCard's value proposition.

The partnership between PSh and BeneCard yielded an array of marketing collaterals, including electronic brochures, graphics, and assets for social media. UI/UX designs, eBlast templates, digital program agendas, event invitations, motion graphics for promotional videos, and event-specific landing pages were developed. Additionally, PSh orchestrated email marketing campaigns, utilizing data analysis, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization to maximize their impact.
